Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of special acupoint acupuncture in the treatment of abducens nerve palsy, and compare the efficacy with traditional acupuncture and drugs in the treatment of abducens nerve palsy.
Methods: The clinical data of 97 patients with abducens nerve palsy treated by Department of Ophthalmology, Baoding Hospital of Guang'anmen Hospital, China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences from June 2020 to March 2022 were analyzed retrospectively, including 40 cases receiving special acupoint acupuncture therapy (special group), 30 cases receiving traditional acupuncture therapy (traditional group) and 30 cases receiving pure drug therapy (drug group). The onset time, clinical efficacy and course of treatment of patients in each group were compared and analyzed.
Results: The onset time of special group was significantly faster than that of traditional group and drug group (P < 0.05); The total clinical effective rate of special group was significantly higher than that of traditional group and drug group (P <0.05); The duration of treatment in the special group was significantly shorter than that in the traditional group and the drug group (P < 0.05); The satisfaction of patients in the special group was significantly higher than that in the traditional group and the drug group (P <0.05).
Conclusion: Compared with traditional acupuncture and drug therapy, special acupoint acupuncture has faster effect, shorter course of treatment, more significant curative effect and higher satisfaction. It is worth popularizing and applying.

方法： 选取2020年6月—2022年3月由中国中医科学院广安门医院保定医院眼科治疗的97例外展神经麻痹患者，采用随机数字表法将其随机分为接受特殊穴位针刺疗法35例（特殊组）、接受传统针刺疗法32例（传统组）和接受纯药物治疗30例（药物组）。对比分析各组患者的起效时间、临床疗效和疗程等情况。
结果： 特殊组起效时间较传统组和药物组均明显加快，差异具有统计学意义（P < 0.05）；与传统组和药物组相比，特殊组的临床总有效率明显提高，差异具有统计学意义（P <0.05）；特殊组疗程时长较传统组和药物组均明显缩短，差异具有统计学意义（P < 0.05）；特殊组患者满意度较传统组和药物组均显著提高，差异具有统计学意义（P < 0.05）。
结论： 特殊穴位针刺治疗外展神经麻痹较传统针刺和药物治疗起效更快，疗程更短，疗效显著，满意度高，值得推广应用。
