The onset and progression of cervical vertigo are accompanied by changes in body, Qi, and spirit. The "body" aspect is reflected in the pathological state of cervical spine muscle and bone imbalance; the "Qi" aspect manifests as dysfunction of Qi circulation and malnutrition of the brain; the "spirit" aspect is reflected in liver stagnation, muscle tension, and blocked brain connections. The pathological change in the body serves as the pathological foundation for the onset of cervical vertigo, the dysregulation of Qi is the root cause of the disease, and the disturbance of the spirit acts as a pathogenic factor.
