At present, the clinical treatment of CMP is mainly based on drug therapy, but there are many adverse reactions in the treatment of Western medicine and there are differences in drug efficacy between different indications. Acupotomy therapy combines the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture and Western medical surgical therapy, and is widely used in the treatment of CMP in clinical practice. Acupotomy therapy can improve the structure and function of the musculoskeletal system, affect the conduction of pain, and reduce inflammation through local release, thereby relieving pain and improving limb function.
