In order to reduce energy consumption, easy to maintain equipment, in view of problems of large energy consumption in DC4 pump set of CSP laminar flow turbid circulating water system in Sheet Plant of Baotou Steel, a new type of submersible pump is selected according to working conditions of field equipment. The reasonable transformation plan is developed to achieve the purpose of saving energy consumption, and also provides a reference method for other similar enterprises energy saving transformation.
