The safe early warning index system is a highly integrated information analysis system. In the paper, its functions, framework and application modes are analyzed and explained. Such functions as summarizing, analyzing, early warning and issuing the information data of safe production online are realized through establishing and applying the system in safety management so that the ability of controlling accident risks and occupational hazards for enterprises are improved.
