With the continuous improvement of SO2 emission standards for sintering flue gas, the two 210 m2 sintering machines in 1# Sintering Workshop of Iron-making Plant cannot discharge to reach standard when start to resume production. With the research and analysis on desulphurization efficiency and influence factors for concentration of SO2, the hourly discharge rate to reach standard of SO2 when sintering machine starts to resume production gradually reaches 100% from 0 so that the air pollution is reduced through production practices by re-optimizing the corresponding parameters and processes for starting machine of sintering process without the influences of extreme conditions.
