In the paper, it is introduced the goal of stable production is reached and the furnace burden of high basicity pellets + low basicity sinters is realized through analyzing the metallurgical performances and smelting characteristics of high basicity pellets, the continuous practical adjustment of blast furnace as well as making the countermeasures of operations aiming at the production practice of smelting high basicity pellets with 1# blast furnace of Baotou Steel.
