In Coke Chemical Engineering Branch Co. of Inner Mongolia Baotou Steel Union Co., Ltd., there are four 6-m coke ovens heated with blast furnace gas. Due to the production technology of blast furnace, the temperature fluctuation of blast furnace gas is bigger, the adverse effects of blast furnace gas temperature increased from about 35 ℃ to over 45 ℃ on energy consumption of processes for coke ovens, heating equipment, gas flowing rate and thermal losses of oven body in the production are mainly analyzed.
