Outline
In the paper, it is expounded the process flow of steelmaking refining furnace, and introduced the technical process parameters and characteristics of dry VD furnace and steam VD furnace in Baotou Steel, and the energy-consuming equipment of two vacuum degassing systems for steam VD furnace and dry VD furnace in Steel-melting Plant are monitored in real time. Through analysis and calculation of test technical data, economic and technical indicators such as per ton steel energy dissipation ratio, fractional energy saving and per ton steel cost ratio are obtained.
