Outline
The influence factors of electric locomotive such as long service life, line condition declining and relatively small curve radius of movable rock dumping route often lead to the failure of spindle thread damage in the 150t electric locomotive. Thus, it is not conducive to safe production and requires the welding and turning of spindle thread to improve the use safety and operation rate of electric locomotive.
