Outline
This paper mainly introduces new generation rail manufacturing equipment, its process characteristics and automation control level combined with the process characteristics and equipment characteristics of No. 2 universal rolling mill production line in Rail and Beam Plant of Baotou Steel. In view of the superiority of the equipment, through comparative analysis of the finished rail, this paper expounds the promotion of the product quality control and the finished product performance index, and fully affirms the guarantee ability of new generation equipment to product quality.
