In this paper, the cross-section characteristics of 60TY1 turnout rail are analyzed, the pass system selection and pass design are carried out reasonably according to field equipment conditions. The original technical point of view is proved to be correct by the practical verification. The main production process is introduced, and the dimension control accuracy and mechanical property index of finished products are briefly introduced as well, which provide practical examples for technical exchange.
