Outline
This paper introduces the characteristics of universal mill, the production process of 60AT2 high speed turnout rail by universal rolling and the basic methods and parameters of pass design. It also briefly analyzes the pass design of asymmetrical section, the design of guide equipment and the pass design of straightening. Finally, the product quality of 60AT2 high speed turnout rail production is summarized and analyzed.
