Outline
In this paper, the HN1 000 mm × 300 mm H-beam that produced by Rail and Beam Plant of Baotou Steel is taken as an example to introduce the pass system selection, billet selection and pass design method in the process of large size H-beam design. It also introduces the characteristics of the HN1 000 × 300 H-beam pass design and expounds the rolling process.
