According to the mechanism of phosphorus reduction in the process of blast furnace smelting, and the existence favorable conditions for phosphorus reduction in blast furnace, it is analyzed from the aspects of current hot metal in Baotou Steel and phosphorus levels of crude fuel etc. By measuring and improving raw material structure into the blast furnace, regulating furnace temperature and other measures to reduce w [P] in hot metal, so as to meet the requirement of smelting bainite steel.
