ERP (Enterprise resource planning) project was officially launched in May 2015 in Baotou Steel, during the process of implementation, the main focus is to resolve the contradiction between the human resources management concept of modern enterprise and the traditional management mode of state-owned enterprises. Based on the theory of ERP and human resources, this paper is summarized comprehensively and refined through the practice of ERP human resources system promoted in Baotou Steel, which provides a good reference for other enterprises to implement ERP.
