With the continuous development of information technology, it is constantly introduced into the field of file management to improve work efficiency of it. In this paper, the functions and technical route of file management information system of Baotou Steel are studied and designed by adopting digital and information technologies based on analyzing the existing archive management pattern of Baotou Steel by taking the informatization and digitization of file management of Baotou Steel as targets to achieve the digital management of archives of Baotou Steel.
