Outline
It is a new reform measure for financial organization to establish the Financial Shared Service Center (FSSC) to enhance collaborative sharing of financial business and it is widely used all over the world at present. It plays an important role in improving the work efficiency and accuracy of financial data so that the core competitiveness of whole group company could be enhanced. In the paper, the necessity and feasibility as well as some ideas on construction path and method of establishing the FSSC in Baotou Steel with the rapid development of information-based system of enterprise are briefly analyzed combining with the financial management mode and development history so as to provide reference for decision-making departments.
