The steel grade for BT110TS special casing highly resistant to collapse and hydrogen sulfide corrosion designed in the article is 26CrMoVNbRE, the small-batch trial production is with converter smelting, LF refining, VD vacuum treatment, continuous casting of round billet, heating with annular furnace, piercing with cone roll piercing mill, PQF tandem rolling, stretch reducing, quenched and tempered process as well as the outer diameter and wall thickness, mechanical properties, microstructure, residual stress, collapse resistance and SSC hydrogen sulfide corrosion resistance of casing are detected. All the indicators could meet the technical requirements, the recommended value of standard for collapse resistance was over 38%, NACE 0177 standard A method was used, loading stress was 606 MPa, sample did not break after 720 h and surface of sample was smooth without cracks.
