In this paper, the quality index of sinter is studied by adding Mongolian ore fines instead of different iron charges with sinter pot. The study results showed that there was no obvious change for quality index of sinter with 8% Mongolian ore fines instead of 8% FMG ore fines and the quality index of sinter was improved with 15% Mongolian ore fines instead of 15% WPF ore fines.
