In this paper, the problems during the long-term low-load production of 6 m large capacity coke oven of Baotou Steel are summarized. They are effectively solved by monitoring and adjusting the heating schedule and changes of coke oven so that the normal operations of coke oven and its supporting facilities are ensured.
