In the paper, the difficulties and current situations of traditional equipment maintenance system are analyzed based on the economical efficiency of equipment maintenance as well as the relatedness between its subsystems is discussed to try to establish a maintenance system which could realize the control and optimization of cost economics with structural, random and economic connections.
