Outline
In order to reduce the constraints of industrial control computer caused by the operating system and computer hardware, the hardware and operating system changes as well as system maintenance should be simplified, so the Rockwell's IDC industrial data center R2000 solution was adopted in the upgrade and transformation of computer system in medium repair of 1# blast furnace in 2018. Two redundant physical servers were used to run multiple operating systems and application program at the same time with the virtualization technology to separate the operating system from hardware changes so that the hardware requirements were reduced and the reliability of system was improved.
