The exchange of 7 m coke oven is the heating equipment of coke oven. Its function is to heat blended coal through driving actuator by hydraulic system under the control of PLC (programmable logic controller） so that superior metallurgical coke is obtained. The heating with coke oven gas and mixed gas could be realized by actuator, the intelligent manipulation device. It is composed of three parts, gas system oil cylinder, mixed gas system oil cylinder and exhaust gas system oil cylinder. The function of exhaust gas system oil cylinder of exchange is opening the ventilation door and waste gate to discharge the exhaust gas generated during heating and combustion of 7 m coke oven. During the system operations, there is often the phenomenon of forward or reverse displacement of around 15 mm at the end of stroke for piston rod of exhaust gas oil cylinder, which causes the electrical tracking signal to be lost so as to form fault state and develop into accident of drop-dead halt. The one-way throttle valve of original control system is changed to EMDV-10-N-C2-0-24DL magnetic exchange valve after analysis so that fault points are eliminated and operating accuracy of equipment is recovered.
