Such key control points of rolling as the chemical composition, heating process, finishing temperature, laying temperature, cooling and controlled cooling of hot rolled coiled reinforced bar with small specification are optimized as well as the mechanical properties, macroscopic metallographic structure and microstructure of reinforced bar before and after optimization are compared and analyzed. The results showed that the proportion of optimized Φ8 mm and Φ10 mm coiled reinforced bar with yield strength below 415 MPa significantly reduced, there were no obvious different contrasts for macroscopic metallographic structure as well as such abnormal microstructures as the tempered martensite and widmannstatten structure.
