Aiming at the accidents such as the grinding machine measuring arm is damaged, the flaw detection device is scratched, and the roll position deviates from the initial position during grinding, this paper puts forward the solution of changing the z-axis limit position and integrating the anti-collision switch in the measuring arm through the inspection of the limit of z-axis running system, X-axis feeding system and X1 axis measuring system, as well as the inspection of motor, deceleration and code disk, as well as the analysis of the measuring system. It ensures the stable operation of production and has the characteristics of strong operability, less investment and easy popularization.
