Outline
The trouble-free operation of blast furnace is achieved through taking such technical measures as strengthening the management of raw fuel, reducing powder into furnace, stabilizing operation system, unifying the operation of four shifts and strengthening management of tapping iron in cast house. The quality of molten iron was significantly improved in September of 2021, the average values of sulphur content and silicon content in molten iron of the whole month reached 0.025% and 0.58% respectively and the ratio of first-grade products reached 93.02%, which was 43.85 percentage points higher than that of last 12 months so that the better economic results have been achieved.
