The measurement and detection is a key process to guarantee product quality as well as the accurate quantity value of measuring instrument and operation specification are the basis of reliable measurement. The quality track with test/calibration in the whole process is developed and test/calibration laboratory information management system with full life cycle management for measuring equipment of company as the core is realized by changing the traditional management mode based on processing data with single machine and transinformation relying on paper circulation. As a result, the accuracy and reliability of valuation transfer and traceability for measuring instrument of Baotou Steel are improved as well as the integrated management of such resources as laboratory personnel, equipment and data files are standardized so that the measurement management level of Baotou Steel is enhanced.
