The reasonable heat treatment process parameters are formulated in view of the problem that the time of full annealing for 1Cr5Mo seamless steel tube for high pressure fertilizer facility is longer and its mechanical properties cannot meet the standard requirements with normalizing and tempering process. Finally, the heat treatment process of isothermal annealing with heating temperature of 880 ℃ is adopted through trial and error so that the products with stable performances meeting the requirements of standard GB/6479—2013 are successfully produced with volume production.
