In the paper, the analytical research on the training of Baotou Steel Union Co., Ltd. based on demands is tried to carry out through establishing competency model to formulate more targeted training plan, achieve the purpose of training system optimization, improve training quality and really realize effective talent training, which provide training orientation and theoretical support for the "talents make enterprise strong" strategy as well as lay a good foundation for the long-term development of enterprise.
