In this paper, it is introduced the working principle and characteristics of cone crusher as well as described the causes of flying cone, the particular fault of cone crusher in detail and mechanical analysis. Moreover, the solutions are put forward combining with the actual work on site, which can effectively prevent and control the fault of flying cone for cone crusher.
