Outline
In this article, the components and working principle of the robot of screwing inner ring in tube body introduced for the production line of casing processing of Baotou Steel are briefly introduced. Such problems as the high labor cost, hostile construction environment and the standard working of tightening torque for thread protector in the entire process control cannot be realized are solved through replacing the manual screwing and installation of inner thread protector with robot of screwing inner ring in tube body.
