As a key spare part in the production, the working status and service life of material chute of blast furnace directly affect the stable production of blast furnace. In this paper, it is introduced the service life of material chute is improved by studying and analyzing the reasons for its shorter life as well as redesigning, remanufacturing and using new materials, which plays a positive role in the stable and trouble-free running of blast furnace.
