In this paper, it is analyzed such problems as frequent blockage of outlet pipe for sulfur melting device, unbalance of discharge for sulfur foam pump, agglomeration of foam tank and low desulphurization efficiency in the operation of ADA desulphurization system in old Coking Plant of Baotou Steel as well as proposed the improvement measures so that the stable operation of ADA system is implemented and the quality of gas is greatly improved.
