In this paper, it is introduced the design of chemical component for 400 MPa cold rolled slide steel as well as two hot rolling and annealing processes are adopted for trial production. Moreover, the mechanical properties, metallographic structure and test items of customers for steel coils were compared and analyzed. The final results showed that the products with low temperature coiling and low temperature annealing could satisfy the requirements of customers.
