The temperature of upright flue for coke oven is fluctuated with the variations of various factors. In order to make the flue temperature meet the requirement of even heating for every carbonization chamber of the whole coke oven, the temperature of upright flue should be measured frequently and adjusted in time so that it could reach the specified standard temperature range to guarantee the coke cake is evenly mature within the required coking time. In the paper, it is discussed the adjustment and control measures of coke oven temperature for various production states of coke oven, which provide the technical references for adjustment and control of mean flue temperature for the same type of coke oven in the industry.
