In the paper, it is introduced the principle analysis for the main parts of machine tool influencing the single values for finished products of Colinet coupling threading machine of Steel Tube Co. of Baotou Steel and the countermeasures are formulated one by one, with which not only the problem that unstable single values for finished products of Colinet coupling threading machine is solved, but also the reference theoretical basis of repairing machine tool is provided for maintenance personnel so that the quality of products is ensured as well as the costs are reduced and the efficiency is increased.
