In this paper, the uncertainties for yield strength Rt0.5, tensile strength Rm and elongation after fracture A50 mm of L80-1 pipe with specification of Φ114. 3 mm × 7. 37 mm manufactured by a Tube Co. are evaluated. The expanded uncertainties of each detected value are U (Rt0.5)=20 N/mm2, U (Rm)=5 N/mm2, U (A)=0.8% as well as their relative expanded uncertainties are Urel (Rt0.5)=3%, Urel (Rm)=1%, Urel (A)=3%, which are obtained through establishing model, analyzing sources of uncertainties, evaluating each component and calculating combined standard uncertainties.
