In this paper, it is introduced the working principle and advantages of oil-gas lubrication as well as analyzed the exsiting problems in the applications of oil-gas lubrication system of withdrawal straightener of 6# continuous casting machine. Moreover, the improvement measures are put forward and applied successfully.
