The experimental reform of replacing desulfurizer of limestone with steel slag is carried out for the gas desulfurization system of 3# sintering machine of No.1 Sintering Workshop of Iron-making Plant of Baotou Steel to examine its desulfurization performance and stability in the ore sintering flue gas desulfurization system; the optimal relations between the desulphurization efficiency and such related parameters as the density of slurrying tank and recirculating tank, pH value and density of discharging slurry in operating regulation process are found through the experimental reform.
