In this paper, it is introduced the current situation of the weighing equipment and printing system of scutcheon in the three work zones of Long Product Plant as well as the effective design scheme is put forward based on it. The system development is completed as well as the tripartite communication among the ERP system, weighing system and printing system of scutcheon is realized through software programming technology so that the desired effects of the software are achieved.
