In this paper, it is mainly elaborated the current situation and existing problems of electric blower with high electricity consumption of per ton of iron as well as analyzed its causes according to the actual situations. Moreover, the optimization aiming at the existing problems in production run ensures the safe and stable trouble-free operations and productions of blower and blast furnace, which can be generalized and for reference.
