With the increasingly serious form of environmental protection, it is extremely urgent to enhance the awareness of environmental protection and increase the environment protecting management level. As a large polluter, the pollutant discharged by Iron-making Plant accounts for more than half of that for the whole company each year. It has become a problem that needs deep thinking for environmental protection practitioners how to realize clean productions. The Iron-making Plant has established and perfected the environmental protection management system through years of efforts and explorations. As a result, a green iron-making plant with pollutant discharge amount reduced year by year and all the daily mean values of online state-controlled pollution sources met the standard has been created.
