In this paper, the vibration of rolling ring of mixing machine caused by serious abrasion and deformation is analyzed as well as the causes for vibration of mixing machine are found out through long-term tracking measurement. The vibration of barrel is effectively reduced even eliminated by grinding rolling ring of mixing machine with grinding machine, which makes the sintering productions stable.
