Battery shell steel is used for the production of steel battery shell. It is the precision cold-rolled product with high technology content and high requirements for quality, and has high speed, deep drawing, thinning drawing process and strict appearance quality requirements. In the paper, based on the characteristics of existing technical equipment, the scheme is established from composition design, structure property, manufacturing technique and other aspects, and the stability, thickness deviation and surface roughness for thin gauge rolling are dealed with. The actual product quality of trial products meets the customer's requirements completely, enriching the company's steel products range.
