In the paper, the conceptual model of mine management work is constructed under the premise of studying contents of mine geological management by using Chekland methodology; based on the comparison of conceptual model and actual situation, the main problems are analyzed and summarized, and the methods and measures to effectively strengthen mine geological management are obtained.
