In the paper, the actual production of Baiyunebo open-pit iron mine is taken as an example. Through its main stope car——implementation and production practice of belt conveyor system, it is estimated that the annual cost of rock transportation will be reduced about 26.44 million yuan in 2017. The results show that the belt conveyor system process will be the main mode of open pit mine into deep mining.
