Outline
This paper mainly expounds the optimization of H-beam straightening process parameters for No. 2 universal production line in Rail and Beam Plant of Baotou Steel. By modifying the assembled width of straightening roller ring, redesigning the straightening parameters of straightening machine, reducing the straightening pressure and modifying the radius of R angle of straightening roll on the premise of ensuring the flatness to solve the straightening crack defects of H-beam after straightening and improve the quality of products.
