The automatic calibration technology of rolling mill in CSP production line is the technical focus and difficulty of CSP steel rolling, and the calibration failure is the key factor that restricts the stable operation of production line in practical production. Based on experience accumulated in the operation of Baotou Steel CSP production line for many years, the process and principle of automatic calibration are analyzed in detail, which provides a technical reference for studying calibration technology and processing calibrating faults in production line.
