In the paper, it is studied the microstructure and texture evolution of CSP non-oriented electrical steel 50W600 in hot rolling, cold rolling and annealing process. The results show that: The casting blank is columnar grain structure; the texture of hot rolled plate along the thickness is uneven, and the main texture of surface is brass texture; the decarburizing plate is recrystallization texture and the average grain size is 50 μm, which mainly is γ fiber texture.
